BB2017 Best practice
Working as a Learning Designer with Queensland University of Technology's International College, I was given responsibility for ensuring online teaching met essential university standards. To create action again a corporate framework describing best practice, I designed and led a project that included a peer review process, a workshop series and 1-on-1 coaching. Much of this best practice focuses on improving student experience, online engagement and participatory online learning approaches. Project is still in process, but has been profiled within the university as an example of innovative practice and has generated considerable momentum across the staff body.
